miR-224-5p Attenuates Allergic Responses in Mice with Allergic Rhinitis by Modulating the Th1/Th2 Response

<div>miR-224-5p restrains GATA3-mediated differentiation of Th1 and Th2 cells: (a) western blot analysis for testing the transfection efficiency of GATA3, (b) RT-qPCR for testing the miR-224-5p level, (c) ELISA for testing the levels of IFN-<i>γ</i>, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13, (d) flow cytometry to determine Th1 differentiation, and (e) flow cytometry to detect Th2 differentiation. <svg
