5′-HA downregulates the RANKL-induced osteoclast specific gene expression. (a–e) qPCR analysis of osteoclastic gene expression in RANKL-induced BM cells. BM cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts without (Ctrl) or with RANKL and M-CSF in the absence (0) or the presence of different concentrations of 5′-HA for 7 days. Each target gene was normalized to reference genes and represented as fold change over noninduced control cells.
