The effect of PCB118 on cell viability in mouse islet β-TC-6 cells. Cells were cultured with various concentrations of PCB118 (5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, or 320 nmol/L) for 48 hours or 72 hours. The Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK8) was used to detect cell viability. PCB118 had no effect on cell viability at concentrations from 5 to 320 nmol/L after 48 hours, but after exposure for 72 hours at a concentration equal to or greater than 80 nmol/L, PCB118 decreased the cell viability significantly. . vs. PCB118 160 nmol/L.
