Sleep quality results of individuals with poor sleep quality and moderate physical activity prevailed ( < 0.01) in both male and female respondents. Two decimal places were used for percentages. MET-min/wk: metabolic equivalent minutes per week. IQR: interquartile range. The IQR is found in the global total and the total for males and females.
