Neurotrophin expression in hDPSCs after induction: (a) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays indicated a significant increase and dynamic tendency in BDNF and NT-3 levels after differentiation; (b) the expression of genes coding for BDNF and NT-3 in hDPSCs was analyzed by qRT-PCR; and (c) immunofluorescent staining was performed to detect NT-3 expression. hDPSC, human dental pulp stem cell; BDNF, brain-derived neurotrophic factor; and NT-3, neurotrophin-3. .
