Characteristics
Solution method
Minimizing of costs
The coronavirus epidemic imposes higher investment and operating costs on the health and treatment network, the BSC network, and, subsequently, the society’s economy, in different ways
To solve the proposed mathematical formulation, the exact solution methods, LP-metric, AUGMECON2, and improved weighted Chebyshev, are used. The model is implemented and compared by them in several sample test problems. Finally, the superior solution method is selected by the TOPSIS technique
Minimizing the spread of the coronavirus
The objective is to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the presence of blood donors in mobile, regional, and local blood centers in the proposed supply chain
