Bisphenol-A Abrogates Proliferation and Differentiation of C2C12 Mouse Myoblasts via Downregulation of Phospho-P65 NF-κB Signaling Pathway

BPA induced cell cycle arrest and reduced antioxidant enzyme activity. C2C12 myoblast cells were cultured in a growth medium in the absence or presence of BPA for 72 h. The treated cells were collected, stained with propidium iodide, and subjected to flow cytometry for cell cycle analysis.
