(b) After incubation for 2-3 weeks in each differentiation medium, MSCs stained positively for calcium deposition (von Kossa staining), chondrocyte matrix (safranin-O staining), and lipid vacuoles (Oil Red O staining), indicating osteogenic, chondrogenic, and adipogenic differentiation, respectively.
