[Retracted] Ferulic Acid Protects Endothelial Cells from Hypoxia-Induced Injury by Regulating MicroRNA-92a

<div>Hypoxia stimulation inhibited HUVECs viability and proliferation and induced apoptosis. (a) Viability of HUVECs was measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) after hypoxia stimulation for 4, 8, 16, and 24 hours; (b) protein levels of CDK2, CDK4, and cyclin D1 were detected by Western blotting; (c) the ratio of apoptosis HUVECs was analyzed by flow cytometry. All experiments were repeated three times.
