[Retracted] Ferulic Acid Protects Endothelial Cells from Hypoxia-Induced Injury by Regulating MicroRNA-92a

<div>miR-92a participated in the protective effects of FA on hypoxia-induced HUVECs. (a) The expression of miR-92a in HUVECs after the miR-92a inhibitor and mimic transfection was detected by qRT-PCR. After 24 h hypoxia stimulation with/without FA, accompanying with the miR-92a inhibitor or mimic transfection, (b) the viability of HUVECs was measured by CCK-8; (c) apoptosis of HUVECs was analyzed by flow cytometry.
