(c and d) After the first clamping, the temperature dropped significantly and the color of the flap turned darker, although the color change was not easily recognized from the photo due to the color of the scalp. (e and f) After training for 4 days, the subjective evaluation was satisfied and the temperature of the main body showed narrowed decline, while the temperature of the tissue bridge still dropped significantly. (g and h) ICG angiography: (above) the perfusion originated from the recipient site and (down) the whole main body of the flap was perfused well and the perfusion to the tissue bridge was insufficient.
