Note: for the convenience of expression, letters A, B, C, and D are, respectively, used to represent the four factors, ceramsite, pottery sand, basalt fiber, and plant fiber in the orthogonal test, and the corresponding three content levels are represented by numbers 1, 2, and 3. Taking single-factor ceramsite as an example, A1 corresponds to the ceramsite substitute 5% of the coarse aggregate mass, and A2 corresponds to the ceramsite substitute 10% of the coarse aggregate mass. The meanings of letters and numbers, such as B1, C1, and D1, are similarly defined. In addition, the notation A1B2C3D3 indicates that the content of ceramsite is 5% of the coarse aggregate mass, the content of pottery sand is 10% of the fine aggregate mass, the content of basalt fiber is 0.3% of the volume of the concrete, and the content of plant fiber is 0.3% of the volume of the concrete. The optimal proportions are all expressed in this form in the following paragraph. |
