Size and distribution of ¹³¹I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs. (a) TEM image of ¹³¹I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs. The particles were approximately spherical and their diameters were about 220–280 nm. (b) Diameter and particle distribution of ¹³¹I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs examined by laser particle size analyzer. The average diameter was 233.9 nm. The polydispersity index (PDI) of the particles was 0.059.
