(a) RAW 264.7 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of EP for one or three days, and cell proliferation was determined in a triplicate experiment by the MTT assay. At day one, EP showed reduced capacity of inhibiting cell proliferation compared to three-day treatment. RU: relative units.
