Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract from Huaier Increases the Expression of Duffy Antigen Receptor for Chemokines and Reduces the Expression of Its Ligands

<div>Effect of Huaier aqueous extract on the expression of DARC ligands. Expression of mRNA of CXCL-1, IL-8, CCL-2, and MMP-2 in (a) MCF-7 cells and (b) MDA-MB-231 cells treated by different concentrations (4 or 8 mg/ml) of Huaier aqueous extract for 24 h.
