The Long Noncoding RNA LOXL1-AS1 Promotes the Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

<div>(a) Inhibition of LOXL1-AS1 expression reduced expression of some cell cycle protein and tumor metastasis-associated protein. Western blot analysis revealed the significantly reduced expression levels of Cdc2, Cdc25A, cyclin B1, MMP-2, and MMP-9 in the si-LOXL1-AS1 group compared with the NC and Con groups. (b) Effect of LOXL1-AS1 knockdown on cell cycle progression. The knockdown of LOXL1-AS1 resulted in a significant increase in the percentage of cells in the G0/G1 phase.
