KIF15 expression was effectively inhibited in both Hep3B and SNU-475 human HCC cells caused by its shRNA plasmids. (a) Quantitative PCR assays revealed the dramatically reduced expression level of KIF15 caused by its shRNA in Hep3B and SNU-475 cells, respectively.
