Inhibitory Effects of Genistein on Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell Proliferation Induced by Ox-LDL: Role of BKCa Channels

<div>The effect of genistein and BKCa channels on Ox-LDL-induced VSMC proliferation. Cell proliferation was determined by CCK-8. (a) Cell proliferation curves of different treatments. (b) The cell proliferation rate of different groups at 72 h. Ox-LDL increases the proliferation of primary cultured VSMCs. Genistein and IBTX inhibit Ox-LDL-increased proliferation, while NS1619 increases proliferation. DMSO had no significant effect.
