Hsa-miR-105-1 Regulates Cisplatin-Resistance in Ovarian Carcinoma Cells by Targeting ANXA9

Upregulation of Hsa-miR-105-1 reduced the cisplatin resistance of SW626/DDP and OVcar3/DDP cells. SW626/DDP and OVcar3/DDP cells were transfected with the scramble or Hsa-miR-105-1 mimics and then stimulated with cisplatin (10 μg/mL). (a, b) The cell cycle distributions of SW626/DDP and OVcar3/DDP cells were detected by flow cytometry. (c, d) The percentages of apoptotic SW626/DDP and OVcar3/DDP cells were determined by annexin V-FITC/PI staining and flow cytometry. (e) Cell apoptosis was detected by Hoechst staining. (f) The levels of P53, P21, E2F1, Bcl-2, Bax, and caspase-3 protein expression were examined by western blotting. and paired -test.
