(a and b) The CCK8 experiment was used to observe the growth of D425 cell line and DAOY cell line after knocking down KIF26B. The absorbance value at 450 nm was observed and recorded every 24 h. The number of migrated cells were counted under a microscope and compared. (e) The clone formation experiment was used to observe the growth of D425 cells and DAOY cells after silencing KIF26B.
