YAP Overexpression in Breast Cancer Cells Promotes Angiogenesis through Activating YAP Signaling in Vascular Endothelial Cells

Connective tissue growth factor and angiopoietin-2 acted as down-stream of YAP in HUVECs to promote tube formation. (a) HUVECs were starved for 16 hr, then, treated with CM for 12 hr.
