<div>LncRNA AC040162.3 promotes the molecular mechanism of HCV-induced T2DM deterioration through miR-223-3p. (a) Insulin concentrations were detected by ELISA. (b) Protein levels of Cleaved caspase-3, Bax and Bcl2 were detected by Western blot. (c) MTT assay was used to determine the cell proliferation rate. (d) Flow cytometry analysis of cell apoptosis. (e) Protein levels of Caspase-1, IL-18, and IL-1<i>β</i> were detected by Western blot.
