Effect of COP1 in Promoting the Tumorigenesis of Gastric Cancer by Down-Regulation of CDH18 via PI3K/AKT Signal Pathway

<div>COP1 degraded CDH18 via the ubiquitin–proteasome pathway. (a) Sequence obtained from the yeast two-hybrid experiment was BLAST matched in NCBI database, and its matching degree to CDH18 reached 99%; (b) co-IP assay conducted in HEK-293T cells showed the
