LINC00659 Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma Malignant Progression by Blocking Aerobic Glycolysis through FUS Recruitment and SLC10A1 Modulation

<div>LINC00659 positively regulated SLC10A1 expression in HCC cells. (a) The expression level of LINC00659 in 46 pairs of HCC tissues and adjacent noncancerous specimens was calculated using qRT-PCR. (b) The expression of LINC00659 in human normal liver cell lines (THLE-2) and human hepatocyte carcinoma cell lines (HepG2 and HuH-7) was determined by qRT-PCR.
