Analysis of signaling proteins related to cell migration. (a) Activity detection of three small G proteins (CDC42, RHOA, and RAC1) in HepG2 cells. (b) Detection of the phosphorylation levels of ERK, AKT, and mTOR proteins by western blot analysis. Phosphorylation levels of ERK, AKT, and mTOR proteins and the total protein levels in the control group and PCSK9-D374Y-transfected group were detected at 0 h, 2 h, 4 h, and 8 h after starvation treatment of HepG2 cells. At least three independent experiments were conducted. The bar chart is shown as mean with SEM. .
