METTL16 suppresses EOC progression through the lncRNA MALAT1/β-catenin axis. (a) KEGG enrichment analysis of genes associated with METTL16 and lncRNA MALAT1. (b) Western blotting assay was conducted to determine the protein expression level of β-catenin in SKOV3 cells following the knockdown of METTL16. (c) Western blotting assay was performed to assess the β-catenin expression level in SKOV3 cells subsequent to the combined knockdown of both METTL16 and lncRNA MALAT1.
