Real-time fluorescent LAMP amplification profiles for oligo LAMP systems targeting the T allele at the nuclear marker SNP 191_100 in the “Albariño” variety (homozygous TT). The time-to-read, around 20 min, was similar using 10 ng of Qiagen purified DNA (blue, 2 replicates) and using 1 μL of DNA extracted in the field with the Qbeads method (red, 2 replicates).
