Mean minerality versus vintage for left- (red) and right-bank (blue) Chablis Premier Cru wine from CellarTracker tasting notes. The 1999 vintage was omitted from the analysis due to insufficient sample numbers (<30 tasting notes) after splitting into left- and right-bank wines. All wines were between 3 and 7 years of age when tasted.
