The wrist orthosis was printed out using fused filament fabrication (FFF) type 3D printer. (a) Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament was used as the output material, and the inner surface directly touching the skin was smoothed through postprinting process. (b) A readymade wrist orthosis was used for the control group.
