Laminates preparing procedure: (a) mold preparation process, (b) cutting the fibers in required dimension, (c and d) measuring the fibers and epoxy, (e) mixing the hardener and epoxy, (f) spraying the wax to the mold surface, (g) placing the epoxy resin on mold surface, (h) placing the fibers in the mold, (i) applying pressure to provide good contact of fiber and epoxy by roller, (j) curing the laminates under HPM, (k) removing the laminates from mold, and (l) cutting the laminates under pressing machine, in to ASTM standard dimension by hack saw.
