YC-medicated serum reduces apoptosis in MLTC-1 cells through the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. MLTC-1 cells were treated with 10% control serum (CS), low (LS), medium (MS), and high (HS) doses of YC-medicated serum, respectively, for 48 hr.
