ALKBH5 Inhibits Cancer Cell Proliferation in Prostate Cancer through KLF4/TERT Signaling

ALKBH5 downregulates the expression levels of KLF4 mRNA by reducing its stability. (a) After addition to 50 μg/mL CHX or 10 μM MG132 or DMSO, the impact of ALKBH5 on KLF4 protein expression was detected by western blotting.
