Visualization of miRNA–protein and lncRNA–protein interaction network. Identification of hub miRNAs and lncRNAs whose target gene is Klf4, using four separate databases, including TargetScan, NPInter, miRDB, and RNAInter for miRNA and RNAInter database for lncRNA in mouse microorganisms.
