A total of 117 TSC patients presented to our epilepsy center from 2005 to 2021, and 12 patients without intractable epilepsy, 17 patients losing to follow-up, 4 patients without sufficient clinical information, and 2 patients with imaging contraindications were excluded. In total, 82 patients were enrolled in this study.
