The mRNA expressions of adipoqa and adipoqb during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Grass carp was orally administrated with either glucose in PBS (1.67 mg/g BW) or PBS as control. At 1, 3, 6, and 12 h post treatment, the adipoqa (a, c, e, g) and adipoqb (b, d, f, h) mRNA expressions in the heart (a, b), adipose tissue (c, d), red muscle (e, f), and white muscle (g, h) were detected.
