Effects of Adiponectin on Glucose Metabolism in the Hepatopancreas of Grass Carp (<i>Ctenopharyngodon idella</i>)

<div>Effects of adiponectin on glucose metabolism-related gene expression in the hepatopancreas of grass carp. Fish were intraperitoneally injected with 0, 5, 50, and 500 ng/g BW adiponectin A or adiponectin B. The mRNA levels of glucose metabolism-related genes in the hepatopancreas were quantified at 1 h post injection by RT-qPCR and normalized against <i>18S</i> transcripts.
