Valorization of Seaweed Wracks: Inclusion as Additive in Diets for Grass Carp (<i>Ctenopharyngodon idella</i>)

<div>Antioxidant activities: (a) catalase (CAT), (b) superoxide dismutase (SOD), (c) glutathione-S-transferase (GST), (d) glutathione reductase (GR), (e) peroxides index (PxI), and (f) TBARS. CAT, GST, GR, and TBARS were determined in the muscle and liver, SOD was determined in the liver, and PxI was determined in the muscle from <i>C. idella</i> juveniles fed the different diets.
