A 41-year-old female patient had humeral diaphyseal fracture due to a car accident. Preoperative X-ray shows AO/OTA type 12-B1 (a). She was treated by MIPO technique with complete fracture union as shown in 5 months postoperative X-ray (b, c). The patient had full shoulder function and complete range of motion (d, e).
