Mother characteristics include mother’s years of education, mother’s current (and its squared term), and mother’s age at birth (and its squared term). Child characteristics include child’s age in months (and its squared term), child’s gender, child’s birth order, and whether the child is plural birth. All fixed effects include residential cluster, birth year, birth month, and survey wave fixed effects. Robust standard errors are clustered at the residential cluster level.
