Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitory and Antioxidant Activity of the Compounds Isolated from <i>Vanda roxburghii</i>

<div>Inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity by the isolated compounds. IC<sub>50</sub> (<i>μ</i>g/ml): SA, 1268.33 ± 19.14; VA, 84.66 ± 3.20; DC, 118.17 ± 5.06; GI, 547.37 ± 11.47; DP, 10.11 ± 0.26. Results represent mean ± SD (<i>n</i> = 3). Donepezil (DP) was used as a reference compound. Compound 1 had no activity and was not shown.
