Biofilm and motility assay. (a) Biofilm assay. The two strains identified biofilm formation by crystal violet staining and measured A₅₇₀ in the final eluent. (b) The motility of Edwardsiella piscicida. 1.5 μL of bacteria was dripped on the fresh swimming plate (0.3% agar). The plate was incubated to observe the bacterial movement. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (N = 3), where N represents the number of experiments performed.
