The steady-state rate of Mn(III) formation in presence of 20 mM succinate buffer (X), 0.5 mM oxalate in 10 mM succinate buffer (⚫), 20 mM lactate buffer (♦), and 40 mM malonate buffer (▲) each of pH 4.5 at 30°C. The reaction solution 1 mL contained 5 μg of the enzyme (4 IU/mg), 100 μM H₂O₂, and MnSO₄ was varied.
