Effect of compound 2 on the viability of ovarian cancer cells. HO-8910 (1 × 104/well) cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS and incubated with indicated concentrations of compound 2 for 24 h. For cell viability assay, cells were exposed to different doses (0–60 μg/ml) of compound 2 for 24 h, and compound 2 inhibits growth (as determined by MTT assay) of HO-8910 cancer cells. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM of five independent observations and the statistical significance between the control and treated groups at level.
