Viability of FU-PLGA-NPs produced with (a) RRG502 and (b) RRG755 copolymers following treatment with NCI-H69 cells. The 96-well plates containing cell seeds were used to treat the cells for 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours with varied dosages of both formulations. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT test, and the outcomes were reported as a percentage of control wells (cells without treatment). The mean and standard deviation are depicted in this figure as the results of at least three independent tests that were performed in duplicate.
