Viability of NCI-H69 cells following administration of Fluracil®, Cre-EL, B-NPs, and FU-PLGA-NPs. The different formulations were applied to the cells for 120 hours after they had been seeded into 96-well plates. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT test, and the outcomes were reported as a % of control wells (cells without treatment).
