Cell surface ELISA. The selected purified Fabs were added to monolayers of Saos-2 cells (light gray bars), U2-OS cells (dark gray bars), and human fibroblasts (black bars). The bound Fabs were detected using rabbit anti-HA and HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibodies. Human serum albumin (white bars) was used as negative control. The absorbances were measured at 405 nm.
