The Expression of Soluble and Active Recombinant Haemophilus influenzae IgA1 Protease in E. coli

pET-S-IGAN and pET-IGAN IgA1 proteases were expressed in E. coli as inclusion bodies. The expressions of pET-S-IGAN and pET-IGAN were induced in BL21 (DE3) cells with 1 mM IPTG at 30°C for 3 hours. The total cell lysates and soluble supernatants were analyzed with SDS-PAGE (reduced condition) and Western blot.
