Inhibitory effects of AFW extracts and solvent fractions on iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells (5.0 × 10⁵ cells/mL) were pre-incubated for 18 hours, and the iNOS mRNA expression was determined in cells stimulated with LPS (1 𝜇g/mL) for 24 hours in the presence of 80% EtOH extract and solvent fractions (100 𝜇g/mL) of AFW.
