EhODP1 was localized in an EhkO-enriched fraction. (a) EhkOs were purified by differential centrifugation and through a Nycodenz discontinuous gradient from exponentially growing trophozoites labeled with -Thymidine. Then, fractions were collected and their radioactivity content was measured. Data in graph represents total radioactivity incorporated in DNA within each fraction.
