Effect of a heterologous thioredoxin on the reduced SOD2 protein level caused by diclofenac. (a) SH-SY5Y cells were incubated for 24 hours in the absence or in the presence of 150 M diclofenac plus the indicated concentrations of SsTrx. The SOD2 protein level was evaluated by immunoblotting.
